Tony Bryant, the owner of Sunny Studio, is a producer, musician, and music teacher with extensive experience in Music Education, Performance, and Recording. He began his career as a professional live-sound and lighting engineer before gaining qualifications and experience as a music producer, studio and live-performance drummer, and classroom Music teacher in Primary and Secondary Schools, where he taught both performance skills and Music Technology. He has also worked extensively as a one-to-one music and drum teacher. Tony established Sunny Studio to bring all of his skills and experience together under one roof.

As a drummer, Tony has performed and recorded with numerous artists across a wide range of genres. Most recently, he played drums for the Brighton-based band The Popguns, performing at venues and festivals in New York and across Europe over a ten-year period. He also played on all of their recordings, released by Matinee Records prior to 2020. In addition, Tony has performed with function bands, blues bands, musical theatre groups, and has written and performed original music with various artists. He frequently works remotely as a session drummer, recording multitracked drum tracks from Sunny Studio. Tony also records and performs with children’s singer-songwriter and educator AL Start with Go Kid Music.
